Brew-It-Yourself and Brew-It-Yourself.com Policy

Brew It Yourself and Brew-It-Yourself.com are committed to providing our customers the highest quality achievable. Each sale we make and order we fill is selected and packed with care and assurance to insure customer satisfaction and continued relations with each and every customer. In today's market, it is hard to find good old "customer service".

If you visit our shop, call us or even email us, you will always get customer service that will satisfy your interaction and go beyond by constantly putting ourselves in you place as if we were the customer. After all, we are our best customer...

Product Policy:

  • Satisfaction Guaranty: We are confident in the services and products we provide our customers and therefore guaranty your satisfaction  for 30 days from the date of purchase. This means you may return any unused, unopened, non-perishable products within 30 days of the date of purchase and you will be refunded 100%, with the following exceptions. Perishable products perish and therefore must be used during their shelf life. If you are not satisfied with a perishable item, call us and we will advise you what, if anything can be done. We will always work towards helping our customers anyway we can. Shipping is always the responsibility of our customers unless we ship defective merchandise.

  • Perishable Products: Because some of the products we sell are perishable, we will exchange perishable items as long as the item is properly handled and shipped back to us as indicated by us when you notify us of the situation. We must be aware of your intentions, so please do not ship perishable products without our approval. Shipping costs are the customer responsibility unless otherwise directed by us. If we deem a product defective, we will arrange for shipping cost to replace the item.

  • Shipping: We primarily us "UPS". United parcel service. We ship when appropriate. If you have perishable items, we will ship the first Monday or Wednesday after your order is complete and the funds have cleared. We do not want perishable to sit in a UPS facility or truck over a weekend. All other shipments will go out on the next shipping opportunity with exception to certain Holidays, weekends and days which we are closed. We charge what UPS charges, no hidden fees, no handling fees, just the actual cost of shipping as indicated by our agreement with UPS and is provided to our customers by UPS when placing an order on our site.

  • Defective Returns: Any item we sell that is deemed defective in anyway will be 100% replaced by us. You must advise use of the defective merchandise and acquire an RMA from us. This is a Return Merchandise Authorization number that will insure our customers returns are handled properly. We will issue a call tag for the defective merchandise and direct you how to handle it. Once it is received and deemed defective we will replace the item at no cost to you. We can not reimburse customers for consumed products.

  • Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price change, we will contact you prior to shipping your order to get your approval, unless the price is less the the price you have already committed too. Please insure the contact information you provide at the time of your order allows us the ability to effectively communicate with you.

  • Out of Stock Item: If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will communicate the stock issue with you and ask you how you would like your order be handled. Please insure the contact information you provide at the time of your order allows us the ability to effectively communicate with you.

  • Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks. We do not accept COD orders. All funds must clear appropriately before orders are released.

Email Policy:

  • We will not email you without your permission. When you place an order online with us and provide your email address, we will use it only to communicate issues related to that specific order.

  • Spam: We are against spamming. We do have a newsletter and promotions that you can sign up for on our site for which you may unsubscribe at anytime. We will not email you with promotional emails or newsletters unless you subscribe to them. In the event that you unsubscribe, you are automatically blocked from receiving further emails. To receive them again, you must subscribe again. In the event that you receive unsolicited email from us, please notify us and we will look into the cause and eliminate the issue when possible. There are entities that use reply addresses to legitimate sites in order to present spam mail. We frown upon this behavior, and like you, hope it never happens. We will help report these issues.
